Consult for Fertility Lab Testing Only - $200 

Ideal for women seeking to improve fertility while working with an integrative medicine practitioner, such as a naturopath, chiropractor or acupuncturist, or on the waitlist for REI. A summary of lab results and recommendations are provided. 30 minutes follow up available for $125.

Fertility Initial Consultation - $380

Includes: Initial consultation, laboratory results review and care planning

Ideal for the woman seeking a quality fertility evaluation who is exploring a membership

• Age 40 or above desiring conception

• Age 35-39 and have attempted to conceive for 6 months.

• Any age if you have attempted to conceive for at least 6 months using a fertility awareness method

• Any age if you have been trying to conceive for 12 months or longer

• Any age if you have experienced two or more miscarriages​

Follow up visits (non-members): $125/30 minutes
